ADAM YOUNG of OWL CITY is releasing a new album or EP entitled 'An Airplane Carried Me To Bed', via his new musical project SKY SAILING. New music will be officially released on July 13, 2010.
Two demos - 'Brielle' and 'I Live Alone' - have been posted on the Sky Sailing Myspace profile, which you can listen to HERE.

The music of Sky Sailing is a library of memoirs, a historical account of a man who has done a lot of living, a lot of sustaining, a lot of traveling. He has made a great deal of mistakes and miscalculations over the course of time, but he embraces each new day for what it is: a chance to be better, a chance to forgive and be forgiven, a chance to appreciate and treasure the beauty that lies all around. This beauty is not out of reach, it's just about your head. Reach out and take hold of it.
Having traveled the world over, been privileged to catch sight of the most breathtaking and awe-inspiring vistas imaginable, Sky Sailing is the work of an artist with an endless amount of questions, a vast array of hopes and desires. Yet underneath is merely a man more content and thankful for the time he's been given than his words could ever begin to describe. Perhaps his music can suffice.
